Semester 2 of the 2026–27 school year began on Saturday, September 5 and Sunday, September 6. Friends Academy now holds its classes at the new campus on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
The new campus is Temple Israel New York (112 East 75th Street, New York, NY 10021). Along with bright, spacious classrooms, it offers a dedicated outdoor play area, elevator access, and full security facilities. Direct elevator access from the building entrance makes arrival easy and safe for every child.
Friends Academy is a weekend Japanese heritage language program for children from pre-K through middle school.
The outdoor play area features a climbing structure and stepping stones, giving children the chance to enjoy fresh air and active play.
